The story
An engineer who stayed close to the code and started carrying the team.
Three years in, I run two engineering worlds at once: as CEO & CTO of Fuvitech, and as Associate Technical Lead at The Searchbar, where I own architecture, review the code that ships, and keep the squad unblocked and growing. BEng (Hons) Software Engineering, SCQF Levels 9 & 10 completed. I still write the tricky parts myself; I just make sure they don't stay tricky for the next person.
